We want every expectation to be clear before an order is confirmed.
Product information & materials
All catalogue pieces are imitation or fashion jewellery unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not solid gold, do not carry investment value, and must not be assumed to be BIS-hallmarked gold. Base metal, plating or finish, and stone or imitation-pearl composition may not be disclosed for every product. Where composition has been verified and is useful for the buyer, it will be published on that product.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders dispatch from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Ready-stock orders usually dispatch within 2 business days; during high-volume periods, allow up to 4. Made-to-order pieces dispatch in 5–7 business days and custom or bulk orders in 10–15. Estimated transit is 3–7 business days to major cities and 5–10 to other locations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
No returns or exchanges
All confirmed orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, styling preference, minor colour variation, or fit where measurements were provided. An order may be cancelled only before dispatch. If we cancel an order, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
Damaged, wrong or missing item
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos and a continuous, unedited opening video are mandatory; the video must begin before the parcel is opened and show the shipping label, sealed package and all received items. We will inspect the claim and provide an appropriate remedy for an accepted manufacturing defect, wrong item or material misrepresentation, in line with applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection.
